BRANDY ALEXANDER

1. Cocktail glass, blend or shake
2. 1 oz Brandy
3. ½ oz Dark Creme de cacao
4. 2 oz coffee cream
5. Sprinkle with nutmeg

Preparation: SHAKE

1. Pour all liquors, liqueurs, juices, mix over ice into serving glass.
2. Pour into stainless can, and hold together.
3. Shake 3-4 times.
4. Pour back into serving glass.
