BOSSA NOVA

  1. Cooler glass, blend or shake
  2. ½ oz Rum
  3. ½ oz Galliano
  4. ½ oz Apricot Brandy
  5. 1 oz sweet/sour
  6. 1 oz pineapple juice
  7. Garnish with a cherry

Preparation: SHAKE

  1. Pour all liquors, liqueurs, juices, mix over ice into serving glass.
  2. Pour into stainless can, and hold together.
  3. Shake 3-4 times.
  4. Pour back into serving glass.
